At Mahogany Dollz Hair Company, we take pride in providing premium quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final (Hygiene Policy)

For sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products that have been opened, installed, worn, or tampered with.

Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
The lace has NOT been cut
The product is returned within 3 days of delivery
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
